After the birth of her first child, Mayanti Langer has chosen to take a break from broadcasting. Therefore, it is unlikely that she will appear at the next IPL. The initial list shared by Star Sports of commentators and presenters, unsurprisingly, does not have Mayanti’s name.
Langer’s unavailability has meant that there will be several others, such as Sanjana Ganesan, Tanya Purohit and Neroli Meadows, who will be seen as presenters during IPL 2022.
